major US expansion.
Sweet Justice, from Electric Brands, are THC/CBD infused beverages that launched in Canada during the pandemic. The THC/CBD category is an emerging market and is quickly becoming aggressively competitive.
To win beyond Canada, our objective evolved: protect what made Sweet Justice iconic (surprise + delight), while re-engineering the brand for U.S. retail realities—shopper behaviour, shelf navigation, compliance considerations, and velocity-driving clarity at the point of purchase.
We embedded ourselves into their internal team as brand stewards, bringing strategy, creative and shopper expertise to guide the jump from a Canadian success story to a U.S.-ready contender. Alongside near- and long-term growth planning, we refined the brand architecture and built a scalable visual language—logo, colour, typography and imagery—designed to read fast, feel premium, and perform across channels (dispensary, delivery, and emerging mainstream retail pathways).
Sweet Justice launched in Canada with OG Cola, now the Number 1 under 10mg infused beverage. Cherry Cola followed with a Number 1 launch in British Columbia and continues to hold that position—momentum we’re now translating into a high-impact U.S. launch strategy built to earn attention, trial, and repeat.
