Built as a different kind of company… one rooted in “working differently” through kindness, transparency, community feedback, and continuous improvement. We helped sharpen the story into a focused brand foundation. We defined a voice that’s real and reassuring, never shamey, and explained in plain language, so people always know what’s touching their skin.

​From there, we translated the strategy into a cohesive identity system - logo, typography, colour, and imagery and from there extended it across madkind’s packaging and D2C experience, creating a routine-led journey that’s simple to shop, easy to trust, and worth coming back to.
