From Clarity to Conversion: Optaderm’s Relaunch
Optaderm’s relaunch set out to simplify skincare and make science-led care inclusive for everyone, at any age.
Anchored in its vision of “truth in skincare” and integrity-first values, we sharpened positioning around results-driven, time-sensitive solutions and education. We defined a voice that’s encouraging, never negative, and clear and simple. Then translated it into a cohesive identity system: refreshed logo, typography, colour, and imagery.
Finally, we extended the system across two integral pieces of the Optaderm brand: its packaging and its D2C website, creating an experience that’s easy to navigate, trustworthy, and easy to return to.

Chad and Bobby have been embedded within DigiBuild for over a year to build and guide our branding, product UI, crowdfunding and customer marketing. They bring capabilities and capacity not typically available to a company at our stage, and it has made a world of difference raising our seed round and gaining early traction with customers.
